UPDATE (29/09/07 6:30PM PST): If you tried to register this morning you may have noticed a problem with the confirmation code. The issue was with the anti spam confirmation which requires GD extensions - which had not been installed to work with PHP. I switched servers briefly while I corrected the problem, registration should work fine now. Thanks again to everyone who let me know about the issue!

UPDATE (29/09/07 7:00AM PST): I've switched the servers. Depending on your internet service provider and where you live, it could take anywhere from several hours to several days before you see the new server. However, there should be no interruptions in service except for some occasional 'hiccups.' I'll try to keep all content mirrored and backups at the ready.

Pack your bags, I've finished setting up the new server for GetAsianMusic -- I'll be switching the DNS around 6:00am PST. I expect things to go over well, but if you should notice ANY problems or issues come up, please send me an email about it!

I'll keep you updated here as well as on the forums, if for some reason the forums or new server goes down you will still be able to access this page.

I'm really excited about this, as it makes a huge step for us. Our new server is vastly superior to anything we have used in the past, it will allow us the flexibility to continue to grow as a community.
